The Zonal Office building of India’s only international bank “Bank of Baroda” was designed keeping in mind the bank’s futuristic approaches. The main mass and access cove were separated to improve the efficiency of the floor plate. Large curtain glazing in the north and punctured windows in the south and west were planned keeping in mind the green building concepts.

The atrium connecting the cove and the workplace is open towards the front and rear allowing good flow of wind and natural light.
